Upgrade test.check to 0.9.0 #37

Also adds a missing :include-macros in generators-test

@nberger is this the upgrade failure you were telling me about last night? I got the impression it was due to a problem in test.check itself, but I guess that's not the case?

Yes. Sorry for the confusion, but it was not test.check fault. One thing I couldn't understand though: why it was working before introducing cljc in test.check

Oh yes -- I don't quite understand that either, but I think :include-macros is a required thing in general, so the fact that it was working before was probably an accident that doesn't need to be understood.
