[PIC] Really odd results of namebench. Issue with the ISP? Also having other network problems. Please help!

I got to warn you though, the resolution is 982x2918 and its almost 300kB.

About the other network issues: for example torrents or synchronizing the
server list of Steam (stempowered.com) will jam the whole connection for
minutes. Lets say I'm trying to find a game - if I'm lucky it will scan
from ten to twenty servers but if I try to click the View Game Info it will
totally jam and I can't even ping google.com. This happens with other
computers in my household in completely other operating systems. Also my
connection is bridged ADSL2+. Please help me!

This isn't an issue with namebench, it's an issue with your network connection. 
 Seek 
help from your ISP; there's not a lot that the namebench devs can do to address 
this.

Agreed. It looks like a case of severe packet loss to me.
