Download hanging at 96% then when finally finishes, get SFX error (1.3.1 for Windows) #155

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Repeat Downloading - Hangs at 96% (4.7 MB)
2.  When finally does download - "Could not read SFX info."
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
On Win XP with latest service packs.
Trying to get 1.3.1. of namebench

Please provide any additional information below.

I have downloaded multiple times.  Each time hangs at 96%.  Takes several 
minutes from 96% to get rest.  Then when I attempt to run, "An error prevents 
this program from continuing:  Could not read SFX info.  It is likely corrupt."

Working fine today, I downloaded perfectly and it ran.

i get the same error: Could not read SFX info. file likely corrupt.
