While 75.126.98.108 does appear to answer requests properly, I can't find any
information online documenting it's existence or availability. Generally 
namebench
only includes nameservers that are able to be located using a search engine (see
tools/check_dns_servers.py).

The other red flag is that the reverse-DNS entry for this IP does not mention 
it's
DNS serving capacity at all:

% host 75.126.98.108
108.98.126.75.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer
75.126.98.108-static.reverse.softlayer.com.

For now, I would rather not include this as I have no way to verify it's 
longterm
viability, but I will revisit this later.
