Twitter seems likely to start using x.com for post URLs sometime soon 😑 — need to address this somehow.

Criteria:

twitter.com URLs should continue to work
x.com URLs should be recognized
Unclear at this point if they'll change the embed methodology at all, as well as the platform.twitter.com domain for the embed script. Will have to wait and see on that front.
