Update Lite YouTube dependency to v0.3.0 and add responsive option for lite embeds

This PR makes several updates required to bump the lite-youtube-embed dependency. It also adds an option to make Lite embeds responsive.

Dependency updates

• bumps lite-youtube-embed from v0.2.0 to v0.3.0.
• Updates the CSS and JS files added when using Lite embeds. Previously, these were loading the @master version from the jsdelivr CDN. Now they're pinned to v0.3.0 for better consistency. (You can always override these default source URLs with the lite.css.path or lite.js.path options.)
• Bumping the version also closes #147 — 🏅 Thanks to @aarongustafson for fixing the issue in the upstream package!

Responsive Lite option

• Adds the lite.responsive option. When set to true, the plugin overrides the default max-width set by lite-youtube-embed, which is 720px.
• Why make this option false by default? A couple reasons:
  • This has always been the library's built-in behavior, so I think the default setting should stay consistent unless, and until, it's addressed upstream.
  • There are a number of ways that users might have already patched this CSS on their own. If we mess with their existing solution that's annoying and potentially hard to debug. So I'd prefer to make it opt-in.
