Skip rc checks for AES keys #10

The VM system (CAID 5601h) uses AES keys, no rc checks should be done on these keys.

There are too many unrelated changes to be able to judge these commits. Please clean them up, then open a ticket at http://www.streamboard.tv/oscam/ and submit the patch.
