Update gitignore #6

We added some things we shouldn't have in PR #4. We need to update gitignore and delete the "offending" files.

Here's an excerpt of some things we generally add to .gitignore:


pids
*.pid
*.seed

# Directory for instrumented libs generated by jscoverage/JSCover

# Coverage directory used by tools like istanbul
