What kind of change does this PR introduce? Adds a nice responsive video in the project page.

Does this PR introduce a breaking change? no

What needs to be documented once your changes are merged? We need to add youtube / embed link to each project, not a normal youtube link. The backend README needs to include documentation for the project_video field.
