Clean up issues #56

Issues definitely need an overhaul here. Many tags are not specific enough, and we also need more specific tags for narrowing down problems (Gatsby, Strapi, etc.).

With this, we should also make a wiki page with links to useful issue filters (all bugs, all Strapi/Gatsby issues, milestones) for ease of access.

Cleaned up most of the tags, set all previous issues to pending status until we go over them in more detail. Working on setting up a wiki page detailing use of tags.
