  1. reach the milestone
  2. test wgpu-rs
  3. publish Naga, metal-rs, gfx
  4. figure out https://github.com/zakarumych/gpu-alloc/issues/33
  5. merge https://github.com/zakarumych/gpu-descriptor/pull/10 before it's published

I believe all the items on this list are done in preparation to the release, and we just need to bump the versions and publish.
