Patch 1.1: Section Styles, UI Refreshes, and Backend Foundation

Events section added containing registration and sign-in forms
Redesigned the user profile generic component and moved the Officers section to the bottom of the page
Changed font to Inter
Announcement section added containing temporary JSON files of test Announcements
Media queries defined for Events and Announcements sections
Timeline/Timeline-mini generic component created to organize page.tsx and other list-type sections (i.e. events.tsx, announcements.tsx)
Reorganized page.tsx and moved the majority of styling to their respective components
All PNG and SVG files moved to the /public folder
Removed header horizontal animation effect (because me no like it)
Created generic paragraph, button, and section components
User context provider created for future use in page.tsx
Glitch text component added
Glitch text component applied to all section headings
