Use ggforce code from CRAN package #311

ggforce is now on CRAN
it would be better to use the code by depending on the package, rather than the facet_wrap_paginate code present in ggPMX

Relevance

the following ggforce bug fix is not present in ggPMX's facet_wrap_paginate: https://github.com/thomasp85/ggforce/pull/238/files

leading the function call theophylline() %>% pmx_plot_individual(which_pages="all") to fail:

Error: Cannot create zero-length unit vector ("unit" subsetting)

this bug was discovered as part of work on #199
