Describe the bug Parameter table no longer correct with output from Monolix 2023R1 due to the added CV%
To Reproduce ctr %>% param_table(return_table=T)

Screenshots With the added CV% from Monolix 2023R1, the SE, RSE and rse_sa are all incorrectly labelled now, as in screenshot below:
