Enter premium account for download page (Rapidshare in my case) #146

It would be great if I could use my premium account for watching movies (over 
rapidshare in my case). Icefilms movie addon supports this. Would be a great 
feature and I was totally surprised that it's not already there

In the meantime i managed to cope with living without rapidshare. (It's pretty 
much down anyway)
