no android connection

1. What is the technical error you are experiencing?
When I go to play movie says no android connection 
2. What steps will reproduce the problem?
I did have sound but no picture on one streaming movie.
3. What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I downloaded to app to my nook. does not work at all. have a N2A card 
installed...opens on droid side but says no android connection. WiFi is on...
4. What version number of Navi-X are you using?
Current from Google play store.
5. What media center platform, version and operating system are you using?
nook and N2A card installed
6. Please provide any additional information below:

Where did you get the Navi-X app from? I ask this because there are many 
different versions for different platforms.
