Game schedule doesn't use display name #105

Really going to whack the whole first name, last name, common name, display name.

Just should be a "what do people usually call you and last name" and one for admins that they can't change so we don't end up with online handles or nicknames and not be able to find people.

I think that we should do the same for NW as well.
