Previously the totals were correct, but it was hard to deal with donations without me adding donation records to keep things tidy. This PR automates this. Fixes https://github.com/ggascoigne/amber/issues/196 & https://github.com/ggascoigne/amber/issues/130
Also:
Cancel payment intents that are abandoned by switching page. Honestly, this doesn't make a lot of differences, they not show up as cancelled in Stripe rather than incomplete.
Rename "Pay now" and "Pay later" on the membership wizards to say "Confirm & Pay" and "Confirm". Hopefully addresses https://github.com/ggascoigne/amber/issues/178
Modified the admin route to creating or editing membership to allow for the user override.
Fixed a bug where the user balance values weren't updated if several transaction records were added at once.
Update many dependencies.
