ACUS gamesubmission put back slot list #40

Over simplified the game submission / edit form (GamesDialog.tsx) and when fixing a typo, cleaned it up to remove the leading text about the game starting any time and spanning multiple slots.

I removed too much: I removed the whole strip of leading text, the estimated length dropdown, and the dropdown with slots and "Any slot"

Well, it didn't break anything, and ACNW was entirely unaffected. I removed several fields, and you didn't know I didn't want to remove that list. Too many swirly things from Joe and Kit. I'll pointed them at the issues and will make certain to put everything in issues before working on it.
