Expand the late start times. I didn't really see much point in gating this as to whether it's us or nw.

Yeah, I didn't look to see what you did with that. I figured a "start on time, half an hour later, an hour later, ..." approach is kludgy, so I left it alone. I'm also more and more getting to "people can stick it in the description" :-)
