Fix game choice stored proc to deal with 8 slots #83

When the game choices are started we seed a game choice set. Since there's a batch of too and fro building the the GM pre-selection, this is a stored procedure.

This had a hard coded slot count, fixed now to be parameterized.

Migrator tested locally on both databases.

Note that this corrects the stored proc, but doesn't retroactively select the slot 8 GMs.
