Upgrade: libboost1.4-dev #30

OpenNERO in linux currently requires libboost1.38, which is currently not 
compatible with Ubuntu Lucid Lynx.

Upgrading to libboost1.40 I believe would allow linux 10.03 (lucid lynx) to 
have the same AI experience :-)

We have compiled and run OpenNERO on Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx against 
libboost-all-dev (default to 1.40). Perhaps the instructions wiki needs to be 
updated?

Ah, perhaps you mean the pre-compiled binaries. Those are indeed out of date 
and we are planning to put up new ones within the next couple of weeks. In the 
meantime, I would encourage folks to compile trunk.
