External menu re-opens after exiting from NERO and Battle mods #62

Start OpenNERO
Enter NERO or Battle mod
Hit escape to go back to main menu
The external menu will appear

in branches/factory2, this is found to be because ModTick remains in _globals 
dictionary when switch mods, and so continues being called every tick.
