The submission needs a basic tutorial to take the user through the setup of a simple problem. Consider Stokes Sinker, Cooling examples... etc.

It looks like the documentation of the input parameters file is incomplete.

You give an example but some parameters are commented out...

I think basic tutorials to illustrate the different functionalities of the code would be enough.

We have added an example showing how to setup surface processes.
