committing and pushing changes to github via the terminal (as opposed to git within RStudio) #37

Hey @ryanpeek and @mikoontz (and anyone else who is hip to the terminal) !

As you know, my git won't play with my RStudio 🙄 so I was wondering if you could remind me of the commands to use the terminal to commit and push changes to my repo.

Nevermind, googled it! For anyone else who wants to know, I used this link to help me figure it out.
