add assignments #37

@mikoontz, can you take a look at this and let me know if it seems ok? Mainly I've tried to edit/capture the assignments within a new tab on the website (which going forward may make it easier for students to have everything in one place)...the one caveat is I've removed links to the code review spreadsheet since that had personal student info (names/emails)...we can keep a link to that within the private "teams" for folks to check. Make sense? @MCMaurer @MarthaWohlfeil , take a look as well and let me know if you have thoughts comments...we can go over how to set this up a bit more cleanly for this year in a bit. Thanks all!

I merged this, but the site has to be rebuilt for the changes to go live. I'm having trouble building the site on my end. @ryanpeek: can you pull this locally, rebuild, then push?
