Documenting my testing of the mdsio2sigma function here. The script I am using is located in my branch here. Files are being saved to the ecco folder on batou.

First year was interpolated successfully with no errors!

excellent! But which version of julia. Currently updating to Julia 1.9 and finding errors in precompilation.

working on this. Needed to use correct executable for this, will switch to 1.9 and go from there.
