error:

ERROR: expected package `TMI [582500f6]` to exist at path `/home/runner/.julia/packages/TMI/4iWeb`

problem: TMI versions inconsistent between docs and main environment of TMItransient

solution: manually re-install TMI before TMItransient in the docs environment, necessary because TMI is not registered
