not easy to switch to evil mode #6

  1. check Emacs.org to seen if evil-mode is enabled
  2. add instructions in README to toggle to evil mode

evil-mode re-added to Emacs.org and information added to README. Can change Emacs.org to make evil-mode the default, or simply M-x evil-mode to toggle the keybindings.
