Need notification from Stacklayoutpanel #65

I want to use a StackLayoutPanel.
When switching a caption I want to change companion widgets, too.

However, StackLayoutPanel does not offer to register some kind of
SelectionHandler.

Overwriting showStack (int) is a workaound, but not really a good coding style.
