The good: Typical BT function, installation was easy, GPL, good user management, flexible projects, import/export plugin. Has a SOAP api: https://www.mantisbt.org/manual/admin.config.soap.html
The bad: Installation required manual tasks (we can possibly automate this), global custom fields, fixed user roles, no organisations
