Color picker: AOSP Calendar feature vs Proprietary Gapps feature #216

First, thank you for your work.

In my Galaxy Nexus with Android Paranoid 4.4.4 when I choose calendars to be shown in the Calendar app, I can pick a different color for everyone, otherwise for CalDav Sync Adapter I have only a default brown color.

A color picker for CalDav Sync Adapter it's a non-implementable feature related to proprietary Gapps, or we can think about it? :)
