Caldav sync error (general) #224

Hello,

I have three Accounts set up and one of them stopped working since 2 weeks now. I only get a "Caldav sync error (general)" on the one calender. I deleted and readded it, but it does not work. The other two calenders work like they should.

The same problem occours on both my Samsung and my Huawei phone. The same calender is making problems.

On PC with Thunderbird 31.2.0 with Lightning 3.3.1 all calenders work fine all the time.

I have CalDAV Sync Free Beta 1.8.1 installed on both phones and using my own CalDAV account on my Synology DiskStation.

Is there any developement on this tool anymore? The installed Version is from 2.12.2013; nearly a year ago.

Thanks!

I dont know how this should help me.

No development anymore?

Any alternative?

This should help you to understand how it's dev going on, at least you have an answer. It seems the project is a little bit stuck by now, although there is people interested on developing yet.

Enough? On Oct 31, 2014 9:32 AM, "venkmen" notifications@github.com wrote:

Hi venkmen, I can at least let you know that gggard (the original developer of this app) is giving me access to develop updates for this app. I will start by looking at the pull requests that have been made to see if they can be merged. Then maybe update the app on Google Play depending on the unreleased changes available on github.

If you have the ability to compile the app yourself, it would help me to know if this problem still occurs with the latest github version.

On a Nexus 10 Mantaray with Cyanogenmod 11.0 (Android 4.4, Linux kernel 3.4.67) cloning the current repository, building, and configuring the client for a Davical service over HTTPS results in the error 'Caldav sync error (general).'

A few weeks ago I found the last revision that synchronized correctly, but I've lost this information. If I find the last working revision I'll post a reply.

same here, two of three caldav-accounts work (all with the same owncloud). The third one used to sync perfectly, but then stopped doing so.
