Related to this issue, the standard tif utilities are not perfectly happy with the files created by radiant

$ radiant --version
/home/erikw/.local/bin/radiant 0.0.1.08Dec2020_dev2
$ tiffinfo dapi_001.tiff 
TIFFFetchNormalTag: Warning, ASCII value for tag "ImageDescription" contains null byte in value; value incorrectly truncated during reading due to implementation limitations.
