Feature request: indicate which condition is positive vs negative #2

Can we report in the terminal output for aldex.effect something like:

Condition A will be negative effect size values
Condition B will be positive effect size values

And possibly indicate in the MV and MW plot axes/title

added code to aldex.plot that displays the direction of change.
