Log fold change with 95% confidence intervals #50

Dear ALDEx developers,

Thanks for developing ALDEx and making it available to the scientific community.

I was wondering if there is a way to retrieve log fold changes with their 95% confidence intervals from the output of aldex.effect().

I've read that the diff.btw corresponds to the log2 fold change here, but using the flag CI=TRUE returns CIs for the effect size, which as I understand is Cohen's D.
