remove 3.6 and 3.7 from pypi classifiers #14

I'll create some GH issues for good bookkeeping. I will create Pull requests for them that will then automatically close these items, once you merge them in. We can do this together.

Issue: We want to support 3.8+ for this package, so we need to remove the 3.6 and 3.7 classifiers for the package.
