Remove old folders ? #87

i.e. utils and revdep and inst/util

revdep is gone

the code in the util files that doesn't work so well without ggobi but could be adapted to remove that dependency and make it easier to study tour paths. And the code for calibrating a 3D glasses could still be useful. its sort of cool old code, nice to keep for posterity. i can put the util ones into inst/util though
