Allow for user configurability to send output to editor of choice. #46

I'd like to suggest that Delaboratory be configurable so that output can be
sent to an editor of choice. In some cases it might be desirable to be able to
send the output to an editor that handles a higher bit depth than GIMP, for
example.

User configuration is planned for the future. Please don't report all issues
relatated to photivo, delaboratory is not going to be photivo frontend
(applications like photivo or rawtherapee are raw processors, they should be
run first, delaboratory should go later, so the direction should be oposite),
it calls Gimp for per-pixel local changes, not for any color correction which
should be performed in delaboratory, so more than 8-bit editor is not needed.

Do you have an editor in mind so I can test it? I have been successful in
evoking PaintDotNet.exe from Delaboratory.

I was thinking about Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop Elements as alternatives to
GIMP. Might be useful to be able to do a few last things there, such as
cloning, if needed.

Partha implemented this for Windows, so you could test it in 0.7.9, probably
this evening.
