Not working until I open a second file/reopen same file #113

No colours in gutter, until file is closed (with Sublime itself still open) then file reopened.

Or, opening a second file will work; colours now appear on both second file, and first file.

If Sublime is closed, and a file is opened that starts Sublime, have to repeat workaround to see colours.

Edit: Noticed that grabbing the tab header for the open file and wiggling it will also fire the colours.
