Upgrading Imagemagick to 6.9.1-10 breaks GutterColor #89

All shades become it's basic color (ex: all shades of red are presented as f00, all shades of green as 0f0, blues as 00f, etc). I did update GutterColor's user settings convert path.

I'm getting the following logs when I clear the cache which I think might be related to this issue.

Unable to decode Cache/GutterColor/black.png
Unable to decode Cache/GutterColor/blue.png
Unable to decode Cache/GutterColor/green.png
Unable to decode Cache/GutterColor/orange.png
Unable to decode Cache/GutterColor/red.png
Unable to decode Cache/GutterColor/white.png

I too get the unable to decode error, which is fixed by closing and reopening sublime.
