Dendrograms with ggdendro #8

Great idea,

I got another one for the collection. I have used ggdendro to plot dendrograms using the ggplot as base.

@ToledoEM Is ggdendro a wrapper around ggplot2 or does it add new geoms, stats, themes to ggplot2?

It adds a way to convert dendrogram to tabular data, a new theme and a wrapper function for putting it all together, as far as I remember. You could think of the data conversion as a fortify method except it's not advertised as such. Border case in my view
