I dont personally use tracts, to I1m not the best to answer this. My colleague Didac might have a more reasonable answer than I can come up with. But you are basically asking for another tract atlas, right?
HI Athanasia, yes it would effectively be an additional atlas (or better an extension of the existing one) to accommodate data extracted with autoptx (https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/AutoPtx) and if possible some of the other regions of the dMRI skeleton such as released by UK BioBank.
Hi Richard,
I will try to generate a UKB DTI atlas to be ready for the next ggseg-update. We will let you know when this is ready though expect a few weeks for this.
Best,
Didac

Thanks for another amazing addition to the ggseg toolset, getting close to never having to use anything else for plotting my brains. For the tract I was wondering whether there are any extensions of the tracula atlas that include additional structures/tracts such as the ones available in UK Biobank for example:
[1] anterior corona radiata anterior limb of internal capsule body of corpus callosum cingulum (cingulate gyrus)
[5] cingulum (hippocampus) corticospinal tract external capsule fornix (column and body of fornix)
[9] fornix-stria terminalis genu of corpus callosum inferior fronto-occipital fasciculus posterior corona radiata
[13] posterior limb of internal capsule posterior thalamic radiation retrolenticular part of internal capsule sagittal stratum
[17] sperior fronto-occipital fasciculus splenium of corpus callosum superior corona radiata superior longitudinal fasciculus
[21] uncinate fasciculus

Thats great! Let me know if/where I can help! Most of these IDP's from UK BioBank are from the autoPtx atlas if that helps: https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/AutoPtx
