Freesurfer dependency #53

Just a note that Freesurfer (https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/freesurfer/index.html) is archived on CRAN and no longer downloadable.

right. Damn! ok. I'll what I can do about that and getting things installing nicely again!

Neurobase is archived as well. I got ggsegExtra installed successfully by installing package dependencies for neurbase and freesurfer, and then manually installing from their most recent CRAN archives. 'https://cran.r-project.org/src/contrib/Archive/neurobase/neurobase_1.32.1.tar.gz' and 'https://cran.r-project.org/src/contrib/Archive/freesurfer/freesurfer_1.6.8.tar.gz'. With those installed, ggsegExtra installed from the r-universe repo without issue.

I've asked if I can help get neurobase up and running again, waiting to hear what failed (as my local copy is passing all checks).

I'll add neurobase and freesurfer github repos to the ggseg r-universe, which should make it install without manual hacks by users.

I believe Ive solved this by adding freesurfer to the ggseg universe.
