Yeo 51 splitted regions from yeo7 #62

Dear Dr. Mowinckels,

I just wanted to thank you for sharing the amazing ggsegExtra. I easily followed the manual to create an atlas from yeo7, which was split into 51 regions: Yeo51. yeo51_3d <- ggsegExtra::make_aparc_2_3datlas( annot= "Yeo2011_7Networks_N1000.split_components", hemisphere = c("rh", "lh")) |> mutate(atlas = "yeo51_3d")

yeo51 <- ggsegExtra::make_ggseg3d_2_ggseg( ggseg3d_atlas = as_ggseg3d_atlas(yeo51_3d), steps = 1:7, output_dir = '~/Yeo_51_figR', smoothness = 1, tolerance = 0, ncores = 11)

Hi! I'm checking in just to say I'm sorry for not following up. I am on long-term sick leave and am not able to deal with maintenance at this point. I will follow up as soon as I am able, and hope someone else might be able to help in the mean time.
