Challenge [ko/easy-parameters]

I`ve added a easy-parameters solution. this problem is not existed in ko version.

I have a question. Do I have to translate 'en' version? Can I make my own ko version? also i will add specific reason and references.

Even if I refer to the encontents, I would like to attach my own explanation and solution.

@rbals0445 sure, you can add your own explanations. The only requirement is to explain as much as possible with references to read more about features used while solving.
