Tournament api fix #47

changed variable name in urls and added new parameter to the queryset

The tournament results seem to be getting added twice in the history. The number of times it repeats is the same as how many rounds they played in the tournament. For eg: this player played 2 rounds, the players who stopped after 1 round only have 1 record showing.
