Make Mutescreen pretty #115

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Say my name activated
2. Incoming call. I try to mute or decline. Still ringing and saying the name
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The original answere or decline buttons should work, if possible.
In the settings of Saymynam I can activate the own buttons for this, but these 
are not nice and the writing is disturbing. If you could make some nicer 
buttons - including mute - and an overall nice look for this on SGS2.1 - 2.2, 
without the writing, I would pay for this program. 
The look is important, becouse that is what you see every time somebody calls...
