wont work with ringer off with or w/out using bluetooth headphones-motorola cliq #124

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. With my external ringer switch on silence(or set to vibrate)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing

What version of the product are you using?
Latest one from market ver 2.5.4.6

Please provide any additional information below.

Works with ringer on for text and incoming calls, just not with the ringer 
turned off by the external switch

I'm not sure if I understand what you mean, but SayMyName won't speak if you 
turn your phone silent / on vibrate...
