SqueezeNetwork - mysqueezebox.com has now closed down - plugin fails to load since LMS 8.5 #3

Logitech have now closed down mysqueezebox dot com and the 8.5 version of LMS has removed the various Perl modules that supported accessing it (since they do not work any more). However, this plugin makes use of them ... so it fails to load due to missing modules.

Hi Paul, I've submitted Pull Request https://github.com/gharris999/SrvrPowerCtrl/pull/4.

So SrvrPowerCtrl is again alive and kicking on my Squeezebox installation (single device).
